All five of you are doing a great job. I am very pleased with your progress, and we will continue to train you over time. The beginning of the year is so busy that it can be hard to fit in all the pieces! We have a new task schedule up on the whiteboard so that we can ensure that various maintenance tasks get done throughout the week, without one person feeling unfairly burdened. You can also find posted on the door a list of Things To Do When You Think There Is Nothing Left To Do. If you are at a loss for what to do next, please check with us. There is always work to be done.
