If you don't know what book someone is talking about just pretend like you do and give the most knowledge you know about it.
If you are really not sure about what someone is talking/asking about, don't be afraid to ask Mrs. Trumm or Ms. Merrigan for help.
If someone is just sort of standing around looking bewildered, ask them if they need help with anything. Chances are, they do.
always smile when you are helping a patron. that way the patron can ask any question without being shy or nervous.
If someone looks confused, don't be afraid to ask if they need help. That way they don't have to be nervous or feel shy when they don't know how to do something.
Act like you always know where your going/doing, and don't be afraid to show that your knowledge isn't always correct.Learn from others.
