Sarah's Q4 Goals

Sarah's 4th Quarter Goals;

  1. For library organization, I would like to master the process of placing holds. Claire and I did not have a chance to place any holds in 3rd quarter, so I would like to be able to place at least one hold this quarter.
  2. For patron assistance; one of my goals is to put a couple displays together in 4th quarter, along with assisting and communication with patrons more.
  3. For my own personal goal, being apart of library programs, like B.O.B (Battle of the Books) would be my priority for next year.
You and Ms. Trumm can help me by giving me projects or fun displays to work on over the course of the year.

    I think that learning how to master placing holds is a good idea. Maybe (if you don't already)you could recommend more books to patrons.

    I agree with Haley that if you recommend books to other patrons it might help with communication. I also agree with you (Sarah) that doing Battle Of The Books is a good idea and hopefully there will be another event we could join this quarter.
