One thing i really need to work on is placing holds. I have never done this but would like to learn. Using the OPAC to locate resources, i did it once and was pretty good at it but practice never hurts. Also shelving.
As far as goals go I am pretty good. I think I should be less talkative with Claire, and more energized with the work I do. Behavior is one I think I am great at! Even if I just relized that one is to organize daily responsibilities but, I have been doing that constantly so far. My shelving has improved greatly, but am questioning my work with the non-fiction section. I still need to be ably to place holds, and checkout audiobooks. :)
Last month was pretty good, considering that Mrs Merrigan was gone. Mrs Webber was really nice, and i got work done here in the library. When the book fair came, i really wanted to help but other priorities came into play, and i don't know if i could. It was a great winter, (even if it didn't snow)and a great birthday. :)
