Sarah's goal improvement...

I think I am starting to improve on the goals I set in the beginning of 4th Quarter! Some examples are, placing holds; I have learned to process them correctly, doing the steps in order and making sure I do all of them. Also, I have gained a little bit more knowledge of the library, such as technology and book placement. Today (5/1/12), the tech. guy came into the library to fix the online MSP problems. He asked me to help and I did, doing the tutorials again and completing a short test to see if the problems would come up again. Turned out that it was fine and the MSP would still be running on schedule! I'm sure this will be a great quarter and I will accomplish my goals to the best of my skills and abilities.

    I know how you feel! Sometimes placing hold can be confusing. It's good to know how to properly place the hold:) It's cool you got to help the tech guy with the MSP problem!

    Way to go Sarah!!! I also sometimes am confused with placing holds. I love that you are so dedicated to learning what to do. It makes it a lot easier for me to succeed in something after watching you do it first. You've been amazing. Great job helping the tech guy!!! :)
