Anna's Fourth Quarter Goals
This quarter has gone by so fast. I have enjoyed myself re-familiarizing myself with the library technology and resources and getting to know my fellow SLAs. I accomplished my goals last quarter and hope to do the same this time. One of my goals is to get to understand and use more of the different kinds of technology the library provides (eLibrary, Gale, etc.). This will help me put together my CBA and help me research. Another one of my goals is to get to know the reference section more. This will also help my CBA. A patron assistance goal that I hope to accomplish is to help out with circulation. Last quarter I usually gave the oppurtunity to check out/in books to the other SLAs in my period to help them get to know the technology. Now that they're aces, I think its my turn to help out patrons. I hope this quarter will be just as fun as third quarter. Good luck, everyone!

Anna! Your awesome! Your goals and improvement skills will no doubt help you when you complete your CBA... I always want to learn more and lots of knowledge of the library is a great thing to have. I to would like to get to know the reference section more. I don't get to shelve many books there so that's a great goal. Lastly, I'm sure this quarter will be just as fun as the last, love you Anna!

Wow Anna you and I have pretty much the same goals! We can work on them together, except that you are redoing the library homepage . . . Oh well. Hopefully we both become experts on the computer and in the reference section, because then we can both help out other 8th graders. OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY OH BOY!!!

I know how you feel! I'm an SLA during first lunch, and it's not very full in here during that time, so I don't get to check books out to people very often.
