This quarter there are several things that I need to improve on by making goals. My first goal is to learn how to use eLibrary and Gale Reference Library better. In light of the upcoming CBA, I think that this will be a very useful skill to have. Another goal that I have is to learn what to do when a book has a hold on it. Even though this has never come up for me, it would be nice to know that I can process a book with a hold. My final goal is to become more familiar with the reference section of the library. That is the place where I have the most trouble shelving and finding books, and again in light of the CBA, this is a super important skill to have.

Hi Maddie, it's Sarah here!I think you have set great goals for yourself...Even though I am only in 7th grade, some of the skills you would like to improve on will probably be a big help to you when CBA time comes round! I so enjoy working with you...

Madi, you are so right! are goals are the same:) I think though that it is going to be really hard to demon straight how to use gale and elibrary in our final projects!

Haha NightHawk! All the 8th graders have very similar goals. I think our goals will help the library, ourselves, other patrons, and even prepare us for our first year in high school. I know that if you, Maddie Soran (Ishmael), and I all put our heads together we can conquer library technology and the reference section!
