yun mi's quarter goal review

this quarter goal: 1. know more about the library
2. improve skills on shelving
3. improve helping skill
4. know how to run circulation desk

1. i defiantly achieved this goal. since i started to work on library, i learned more a bout the library every single day.
2. i think i got the goal achieved but not completely. i know how to do a basic shelving and know how to read Dewy decimal but sometimes shelve book on the wrong area if there is lots of book by same author. but, i m getting my shelving better and better every day and getting faster and accurate.
   
3. well, there weren't lots of people coming to the library in the morning so there wasn't lots of people to help out but i helped the one who came in the morning best as i can.
4. defiantly nailed this goal. now i know how to run circulation desk without problem. ( but i still know how to out hold on items.)

next quarter goal:

• nail dewy decimal
• don't screw up on copier
• know where all the available resource belong in the library
• more helping
